Welcome to The Little Play. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase agreements with A N Enterprises (Lucknow, UP).

1. Ordering & Quotation

All playground equipment, open gym fitness gears, and school furniture are custom manufactured to match specific site layouts:

• Any price estimates or catalogs shared represent initial estimates. Final quotes are issued after site measurement and confirmation of technical drawings.
• Prices quoted are ex-factory Lucknow, exclusive of GST and transportation charges, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in writing.

2. Payments & Custom Manufacturing

Because all items are made-to-order:

• A advance payment (typically 50%) is required to commence factory fabrication.
• Balance payment must be cleared prior to dispatch from our Lucknow unit.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

We coordinate transportation and assembly teams across India:

• Delivery schedules shared are approximations and subject to manufacturing queues and transit factors.
• Unless agreed, site leveling, base concrete preparation (PCC), and water/power provisions are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Our crew will handle product assembly on the prepared concrete base. Any civil assistance requested during installation must be arranged locally.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Once a custom order is placed and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds since equipment is custom fabricated to size, layout, and color specifications. In the event of transit damages, our team will supply replacement parts immediately.

5. Warranty & Liability

We provide a standard warranty (typically 12 months) covering manufacturing defects on structural steel posts and plastic parts, excluding wear and tear, vandalism, or lack of recommended maintenance. We are not liable for accidental injuries resulting from incorrect playground supervision or structural modifications made without our written approval.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of contracts or orders placed with A N Enterprises shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
